Payment and Delivery

Please note the following before ordering.

1. All payments are processed through PayPal’s secure gateway.
2. We roast to order and ship Australia wide through Australia Post.
3. Once items have been added to cart and your details are entered at checkout, payment is made via the PayPal portal.
4. Once the payment has been successfully processed, the order is then added to the Roasting List to be roasted on the next roasting day. This may take 1-3 business days from receipt of payment.
5. Upon completion of roasting, your beans are labelled with their roasting date and then immediately shipped to ensure they arrive at your door as fresh as possible.
6. If you have ordered your beans pre-ground, they will require a minimum of 24 hours after roasting before grinding and shipping. This allows the coffee to “rest” and the flavours to mature.
7. Beans are shipped in air-tight speciality coffee bags. The bags are foil-lined and heat sealed for optimum freshness.
