Creamy, prominant blueberry, great body, amazing after taste
This lovely Natural processed Sidamo coffee comes from a specific mill in the Sidama zone’s Mustefa washing station, which is near the Gedeo zone – one of the key production centres of Yirgacheffe.
As a mill servicing the local area, coffees are grown on the mountain sides of what is known locally as the Kabado belt – a stretch of Mountains where small holder farmers grow their crop between between altitudes of 1875-2200m.
After picking, local farmers transport their cherry by horseback to the mill before processing.
Our supplier’s partner works directly with this mill on improvements to quality via cherry
selection training and giving specific advice on processing and drying.
